Please ensure that the returned item is securely packaged and includes the RMA number. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to send the item back to us. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements.
Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, our team will notify you of its status. If the item meets our return requirements, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
